How do I book a Beni Event?
Head to our Book Now page and tell us about your event! Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll follow up with a personalized quote and confirm availability for your preferred date.
Where do you offer in-person events?
We bring our interactive event bars to clients across California — including the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and surrounding areas. Hosting an event outside of California? Contact us — we love to travel and can explore options with you!
What types of events can I book with Beni?
Beni is perfect for sorority events, corporate activations, brand launches, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, fundraisers, and more. If you can dream it, we can bring the bar for it!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead to secure your ideal date, especially during peak event seasons. But don’t worry — if your event is coming up sooner, send us a message! We’ll always do our best to fit you in.
Jewelry Care Questions
What materials are used for permanent jewelry?
We use high-quality 14k gold-filled and sterling silver chains — designed to last and safe for everyday wear.
Will my permanent jewelry tarnish?
Our chains are water-resistant and tarnish-resistant, but like all fine jewelry, they’ll stay brightest if you avoid harsh chemicals and clean them gently.
Can I remove permanent jewelry?
Yes! While your jewelry is welded to be clasp-free, it can be safely removed with scissors if needed. If you’d like to be able to take your piece on and off, we also offer clasps for a custom fit — just let us know at your appointment. And if you ever remove your permanent piece and want it welded back on, we offer re-welding services too.
Is permanent jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — we use hypoallergenic metals suitable for most skin types. If you have a known metal allergy, please mention it when booking and we’ll guide you to the best option.
